HTS completes frequency response modification for Duke Energy, at the Aguaytia plant in Peru’s Ucayali region. Two HTS engineers heavily modified the closed loop load control logic of ALSTOM’s BlueLine® gas turbine control system to comply with COES requirements of PR-21 (frequency response). The work was completed in one week including modifications to the plant Ifix HMI. And testing of the new logic.
